Please let me introduce myself. I am Brankica Bea Blazanovic, a full time licensed professional Realtor. I have been in Real estate since August of 2007 and since becoming broker in 2011, I have established my own agency – Basin Capital Properties.
My background goes as followed: Elementary School in Serbia, High School “Thomas Mann” in Berlin, Germany, “Glendale Community College” in Arizona and lastly Arizona State University. I have worked in several financial institutions during my college years, including Discover Card. Upon graduating, I have decided to go into Real Estate, since my family has been in it for years. Although Real Estate is truly my passion, I can’t not mention my love for dogs, especially pit bulls, whom have been part of my life for the last 14 years. I am a huge animal activist and use every opportunity to help an animal in need. No matter, if I am helping a dog or conducting a Real Estate transaction, my heart goes into it equally. You can be assured that I will stay on top of all details of a deal, to provide a smooth and easy going transaction.
Please don’t hesitate to call me or email me any time.
I have been in the real estate services business, serving Phoenix real estate market since 2005 and will be here for many years to come. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful.
As a full service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

I graduated from North Canyon High school in 2007 and went to work for IHC, a health insurance company to support my family after my mom had a brain surgery. After 6 years in the insurance field, I finally was able to make a change and chaise down an old dream of mine – become a real estate agent.
Becoming a Real Estate agent was an idea that interested me ever since the first time my parents became home owners in 2005. That was the first time I saw a burning glare in their eyes – they were proud to own a place they can call home and a place where our family will grow, laugh and feel safe…well… I knew back then that I wanted be a person responsible for sparking that same ownership glare in other people’s eyes. I wanted to be a part of that incredible journey they are embarking on by deciding to buy a house; to be a person who others will look at for help and guidance in their real estate endeavors -someone who will be there to show them the way and have THEIR best interest at heart.
I obtained my real estate license in July of 2013 from Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and joined Basin Capital Properties team. In October 2014, I took on the position of a property manager.
My spare time, which is a rare occurrence these days, I enjoy spending surrounded by my family and close friends. I love meeting new people and learn about new cultures and my job does indeed give me that opportunity on daily basis.
I truly hope you will consider me as your navigator when you decide to enter the waters of Real Estate trades. Knowing that someone has your back in this potentially rocky process is as good of a feeling to you as it is rewarding to me to know that I did my very best to make sure you are feeling happy, satisfied and all together good about your real estate transaction.
