Top rating is deserved! Have used property managers in a variety of states over the last 30 years. In the Valley of the Sun, we discovered Bea and have used her property management expertise ever since we put our house up for rent over 5 years ago. She and her team know the Valley, have always been quick (no more than a 2 month vacancy) despite the challenging economy, only presented us with tenants that have solid rental histories, are very responsive to get repairs done through contractors – done quickly / correctly the first time / very reasonable rates, and are extremely professional.
